Review of The Right Stuff (1983) by Andrew T — 05 Oct 2008
From the personification of speed as a demon to the Clair de Lune finale (as stolen by Soderburgh) , a great poetic tale, of courage, politics and good old fashioned derring-do. Intelligent, nostalgic and masterfully made.
Kind of the anti-matter to every film Michael Bay will ever make. "Wait there's a man... You're damn right!".
