Review of The Right Stuff (1983) by Peter P — 08 Dec 2010
Takes a few liberties with the truth here and there, but overall a great tribute to the Mercury astronauts and scientists.
It may seem to be a bit long at a little over three hours, but the time just flies by.
Well acted and very well crafted, interweaving the story of how the sound barrier was broken with the story of the first steps of the US space program.
One of the first DVDs I ever bought (and again when the 2 disc version came out) and one I keep coming back to again and again!
