Review of The Revenant (2015) by Mario D — 23 Apr 2016
A great cast in excellent costume. The locations are beautiful and had me chilled to my bones. The score was simple yet was probably my favorite part of it all. All this together had me nearly in tears.
Tom Hardy's villain was easily shadowed by Leo's performance, but I think it was his detestable antagonist that really helped solidify Leo's Oscar win.
