I don't understand why people hate Return of Jafar. It's honestly a good movie with an awesome soundtrack. It's in fact the best Disney sequel EVER made, which is the reason why I love the Aladdin franchise so much.
It may be unnecessary but still it's not a bad addition to the franchise, and at least it has a solid story rather than other DIsney sequels that only focus on the life adventure of the previous main character's KID (which is completely stupid in my opinion).
