While it's admirable that they tried to continue the series, I think this was a classic best left alone. While the animation is still as stunning as ever, it does not possess the memorable characters or dazzling musical numbers or the great dialogue that made the first one so original and great.
Not a complete failure, but it's far from a worthy predecessor either.
