A weird sequel that comes a mere 13 years after the first filmw as released. A very capable high-quality film (in an age of direct-to-video money-makers) finds the Rescuers heading to Australia to help a young boy being held captive by a poacher who is hunting down wildlife in the outback.
Subtle political undertones, but not really enough to put this film in the 'Pocahontas' column.
