I've seen this a good few times now over the last 10 years, but it's one of my favourite monster movies ever. I'm a sucker for this stuff. The Monster is cool too. I'd never heard it it till I'd seen this.
The film builds very well with enough gore and jump factor. I know where and when it's coming now but it still entertains me. Great story and setting. Sme of the lines are full of American Stilton and Hollywood chedder but it blemishes only slightly on a film that I'll remember for the rest of my life.
