Review of The Red Violin (1998) by Scarlett M — 06 Jul 2008
Complex storyline, complexity is the key to this. And it works fantastically in this film. Deadly in it's depth-icity. Perfectly represents music and the relationship between violin and violinists.
And it does so by conveying a feeling through telling a story, quite like music does with a strand of notes.
