This film had great cinematography, great costumes, great atmosphere and a great idea. However, the actual script and how the lines were delivered made me cock my head to one side and go "Really?".
Sometimes it sounded ridiculous. I think this movie could have been saved with some better writers, and perhaps other actors. Let's see Alice Eve was flat, John Cusack was a little over the top at times, and even Luke Evans seemed off.
Just my two cents.
