Review of The Raven (2012) by Sean D — 30 Oct 2012
This movie missed something, and I think it was my involvement. While I watched it, and thought Cusack played his role well the script left me wanting more. I was glad to see Poe humanized by having a love interest, and also having other troubles, the movie never engaged me to the point I wanted to be.
It just seemed like the director has become disconnected from his audience.
