Watching a film where the star has passed away in recent years, you tend to feel a bit of empathy for the movie and have more respect for the film, but not this one. Brittany Murphy playing as an ignorant, white American, lost in Tokyo doesn't come off as a interesting story, and even to start off, the movie had some bloopers, but as the film went on, they appeared less and less.

But if you're someone who really loves ramen, this might be your movie!
