I don't know who is rating this so high but it is lip synced and they did a terrible job of it. We were really disappointed right from the first dialog. We suffered through it, and there are some AMAZING fight scenes ( especially the prison one) and stunning cinematography, but it does not balance out the dubbed dialog, which is poorly done in my opinion.
