Great film. I loved it. When watching a movie, I always look for the reason (or the line in the film) from which the title is derived. In this one the concept is "the only quiet American is a dead American".
(Otherwise, I enjoyed it on so many levels. In particular its view on US foreign policy in Vietnam. As relevant then as it is today!).
