Review of The Quick and the Dead (1995) by Josh S — 12 Feb 2009
Basically a put-on but a knowing one. And fun at that. It's Sam Raimi. Some of his Raimi-isms feel out of left field and it's a house built on tropes that feel a little underbaked, but as far as mindless blockbusters go, it's one I want studied and well at that.
