Review of The Quick and the Dead (1995) by Caleb C — 13 Aug 2009
Before Sam Raimi did the spiderman films and more recently Drag me to Hell, he made this western in his own style. This is one of the most original and exciting stylized films I have seen in this genre.
If you are familiar with Sam Raimi's work then you will get the feeling this was made by him while you watch it. It has great humor, action, drama and romance. It's done in a sort of over the top way only Sam Raimi can craft this well.
This a hidden gem not to be missed.
