Bad writing, lousy directing,flat characters, cheesy acting and dialogue, garbage plot. What could go wrong ? The answer... Everything. If there were a 12-hour no law time, nobody would want to murder anyone and be distrusted for the rest of their lives.
They'd team up and rob every bank, mall, and mansion.
