A Standard Revenge Plot, his revival wasn't well played out, and his character transformation wasn't extreme enough to make me believe him becoming the Punisher. He didn't make the proper transition from human to superhuman I suppose of him becoming the Punisher.
It was entertaining, but that's about it.
