This bloke has his ENTIRE family shot up by John Travolta as a present to his wife. Naturally this geezer is not happy with the loss of his ENTIRE family and Roy Schneider (bizzarely) and sets about to well and truly completely fuck up JT's day.
And he does to magnificent effect, he really lays out the salad in terms of ruining John Travoltas life. He also wears a cool TShirt and has loads of guns and knives.
