An intense, gritty, brutal and unflinching western that is breathless in its execution. It has great cinematogragphy and several memorable moments throughout. Plus the pedigree of its cast is nothing to laugh at: Guy Pearce, Danny Huston, Ray Winstone, David Wenham, Emily Watson and John Hurt.
