Review of The Prophecy (1995) by Adam D — 11 Jun 2008
"The Prophecy," no matter what the die hards say, isn't a good movie (kinda like "The Exorcist" isn't a good movie). It manages to be convoluted, unengaging, and boring all at once.
There are momentary spurts of imagination the keeps the film from going straight down the toilet, and Christopher Walken's undeniable awsomeness even brings it up a few notches. However, even Walken can't save this mess.
