Review of The Prom (2020) by Potterheadgleek — 11 Dec 2020
Ryan Murphy returns to the musical world since Glee and makes this Broadway show adaptation in a jazzy LGBTQ empowerment musical comedy. Although Corden makes a caricaturistic gay character, which is forgettable, the other cast members are the true performers here.
A big shout out to Jo Ellen Perlman and Ariana DeBose.
