Such a shame they remade this movie from the stage show. This movie has always been a favourite and I knew the musical would be different and readily accepted that and even enjoyed it but the remake is crap not a homage to the original nor Broadway.
Even to those who think it is a bit dated it still has plenty to offer on how to write for the time you are in.
