Review of The Producers (1968) by The A — 07 Feb 2015
Despite being a despicable human being, I root for Max Bialystock and his lovable accountant companion as they worm their way through wacky hijinks behind the stage. Even about 45 years later, the humor here shines among the silly 60's shtick, and The Producers may just have the pleasure of being a timeless comedy.
