I saw this movie and saw that the queen of a fictional small European country called Genovia travels to San Francisco to find her granddaughter, whom she teaches her the manners of becoming a princess.
'The Princess Diaries' is a great comedic fairy-tale of the 21st century, with Anne Hathaway in her movie debut.
