One of the most enjoyable stories ever told. Quotes you will never forget. Music fits the story like a glove. Actors perfectly cast. Friendship, loyalty, wit, danger and true love take us on the ride of our lives.
Even a cynic's heart will melt a little. (and if it doesn't, you're not just "mostly dead", you're completely dead inside.) I've seen this hundreds of times and I still end up with wet shirt sleeves.
AND it has the stunningly handsome Cary Elwes as Westley. 'Nuf said.
