Review of The Prince of Tides (1991) by Kim B — 05 Jan 2009
Though it's helped by some intelligent dialogue and a few solid characterizations, this is a clear example of a movie with an identity crisis at its core. Nolte plays his character the best that he can, but he manages to stand up with the rest of the cast as a muddle of emotions that sway along with the script to help make the story interesting.
