Review of The Prince of Tides (1991) by Yafo M — 21 Feb 2011

The film is about Tom played by Nolte who had a bad childhood and has to help his sister who recently attempted to kill herself again so I'm mad that what happened in the past is not dwelled upon more to help make for a better plot/ending and build up for Tom's character. Though I really enjoyed watching Nolte.

I'll be reading the novel which is almost always more detailed than it's movie counterpart. Maybe that will answer my doubts.

I recommend this movie.
