Review of The Prince of Egypt (1998) by Franco O — 09 Oct 2013
The Prince of Egypt takes a time period of the bible and shows how Moses takes God's people out of Slavery. As ambitious as it is, I feel the movie keeps changing emotions way too much in the film, yet the 2d visuals are amazing and voice acting is top notch.
As a story they've not done too much with the original story but one fact that I truly love about this movie and what changes the whole perspective its all seen from, being a story from the bible and all is the sheer ability of them to make Moses a human character which we can truly relate too.
He has real life problems and its not just some fantasy story taken from the "Most famous book in the world"!
