Review of The Price of Milk (2001) by Jack Y — 18 Jul 2008
Surreal, artistic, romantic film with strong performances from Cormack and Urban. Almost all of it runs on symbols and interpretations, which can prove frustrating to mainstream audiences, though arthouse ones will love it.
Think of it as a fairytale set in rural New Zealand.
