Review of The Prestige (2006) by Sam A — 25 Jan 2013
Like a good magician this film doesn't reveal all of it's tricks at the end and leaves some of the plot up to the viewer. To start with the movie didn't really impress me but as it got closer to the big reveal I began to enjoy it much more.
Michael Caine and Scarlett Johansson were excellent and Christian Bale delivers a fine performance. I was however skeptical of Jackman's performance but all in all it was more good work from Christopher Nolan.
