Review of The Possibilities Are Endless (2014) by Louise D — 04 Jan 2017
The first half hour is lovely, and poetically expresses the early period after Collins' stroke as his and his wife's recollections play over visual metaphors/quasi-reconstructions set among the stunning scenery of the Scottish coastal town of Helmsdale.
After that it gradually becomes a more conventional triumph over adversity tale but still a charming portrait of a mature and loyal love. At one notable moment Grace is literally Edwyn's right hand.
