It might be based off of actual paranormal events, but it doesn't make this film anymore unintentionally funny or uninspiring than it already is. The movie, like many other horror films these days, is so cliche-ridden it's not even funny.
I must say at the very last scene, right before the credits, I was creeped out a little though. But I think that was the only "effective" thing in the movie for me. 1/5 stars.
