Not quite as bad as I anticipated. It is actually based on a true story to the extent that there is a guy who wrote a book about his experiences with a dibbuk box that he claims was haunted with weird noises and smells.
The first part of the movie was fairly creepy, but the rest of it fell pretty flat.
