Review of The Pope of Greenwich Village (1984) by Ida K — 03 Jan 2009
Roberts is over the top, but still emotionally effective. He's funny, and you hate seeing him get hurt, too, even though he's kind of weasely. But this movie belongs to Mickey Rourke. He's outstanding in it. Very well done film with an odd tone to it.
Charlie, they took my thumb!
