Boring, one note serial killer mystery. Not even worth its certified fresh rating on this site at all. Nicholson and the cast give great performances but can not save bad script. Sean Penn did better directing in The Indian Runner and The Crossing Guard this was just a runaround of crap and red herrings and one big non-ending.
Please avoid for god's sakes. And how many scenes of Nicholson fishing are needed in a movie, thank god he did About Schdmit after this.
