Oh yes, the best couple movie musicals have ever seen. Gene and Judy, looking more beautiful than ever, in a really different and interesting musical. It's as good as it could possibly get in 1947.
Actually better. I'm terribly intrigued about the fact that it was, if not the first, one of the first flops MGM ever had at the time, it lost quite a bit of money. And yet, it's such a fabulous film in so many ways.
