Review of The Pink Panther (1963) by Matt M — 26 Oct 2013
The beginning of the on screen adventures of clumsy Inspector Clouseau, on the trail of suave jewel thief known as the Phantom who is on the trail for the wonderful diamond the Pink Panther. Filled with great slapstick with Sellers stealing the show in his first performance of Clouseau, this film also includes tongue in cheek romantic comedy strokes, racy sexual innuendo and a fairly elaborate script with many undertones.
