Review of The Piano (1993) by Adam L — 12 Jun 2008
I was dissapointed by this film. Some of it was beautiful. The piano on the beach and the whole voyage to the husband was nice but I kept feeling that Harvey Keitel was miscast and that he had no place there.
I didn't really care much about the characters and at the end of the film I kind of felt robbed because I didn't feel that the character's actions were motivated. Anna Paquin is amazing though.
