Review of The Pianist (2002) by Noname — 29 Nov 2014
I can't believe that I hadn't seen this film until now. I saw several of Roman Polanski's films back in the late '80's...but somehow missed this one. Absolutely masterful. It sure makes one appreciate what one has in this age of plastic materialism.
And to think it was my Uncle Richard who was bombing Hamburg back then. Very emotionally charged film for me.
