Critics are morons. This film is so well-made; from the production design to the spectacular songs, everything fits together to make a fun theatrical film. Everyone has a great singing voice, too, especially Emmy Rossum as Christine.
It's impossible to believe that she was 17 when she made this movie. Bravo!
