A completely unpredictable, unclassifiable effort. It's rare in this day of reboot, remakes and sequels to come across something that endeavors to surprise us. For that alone The Perfection should be appreciated.
I had no idea where the plot was going and I haven't felt that way since Being John Malkovich. It's an exciting feeling. If more filmmakers took the chances that this movie did and attempted to be original and daring, we'd all be better off for it.
