I loved Charlie Brown as a kid and I love his stories still. He never gives up. He keeps going even when nothing goes his way. At his core, he is a really good kid. There is a little, or a lot, of Charlie Brown in most of us.

This movie was better than I expected it to be. All of the characters from the classic series are back. The voice acting is outstanding and they sound a lot like the old tv specials. The animations are fantastic.

Snoopy and Woodstock are about as perfect as you can get if you remember their poses from the newspaper strips. This is a great family movie. The theme about staying true to yourself and being the best you can be is what the series has always been about.

I loved the fact that there were lots of homages to the old cartoons/strips but it is a new story. The music is also new with a few interjections of the classic songs. I highly recommend this movie to families, all kids, and fans of the classic material.

Good grief, this movie was really good.
