Again it's so funny the anti-Christian critics despise this film(the majority of them).. as critic without a clue Jonathan Rosenbaum of the Chicago Reader puts it.."If I were a Christian, I'd be appalled to have this primitive and pornographic bloodbath presume to speak for me" Anyone who has even slightly read any of the bible should know that the crucifixion of Jesus Christ was a brutal thing.
. I don't know what ones opinions of a crucifixion would be.. A slight discomfort? Jesus, was beaten.. badly... As I was told because, like everyone else, I wasn't there. "Primitive" and "Pornographic"? Well it was primitive in the sense that it happened over 2000 years ago long before cell phones, internet, and douche bag critics like Mr.
Rosenbaum,, and "Pornographic"? How?? I think maybe Mr. Rosenbaum should look up the word pornography in a dictionary.. This film was violent.. very.. however it was needed as to not sugar coat the pain and suffering Jesus felt.
. Great directing by Mel Gibson..
