Though many are claiming this movie is over-sensationalized, perhaps due to South Park's take on it, Jesus Christ's life as narrated in the Bible is rarely shown as poignantly as in this film. The use of Latin and Aramaic removes all trace of modern colloquialisms, adding to the realism.
