Review of The Parent Trap (1998) by Joe G — 16 Nov 2010
I'm kinda embarassed to admit how much I love and rewatch this movie. It pulls very strongly at my heart strings in about a dozen places, and it's loaded with lines that I like to quote in real life.
The plot line to reunite the parents is nice, but the scenes where Annie and Hayley meet their parents, and when the parents (and Jessie) realize who they've been spending time with - and of course when Annie and Hayley realize that they're "like, sisters" - it's all magic for me.
And I think Lindsay is absolutely amazing in this role. Lets get together, yeah, yeah, yeah.
