Review of The Parent Trap (1998) by Matthew D — 27 Jun 2012
Lindsay Lohan stars in a duel role as twins who meet at a summer camp, first as rivals, but gradually start to become friends. They eventually discover that indeed, they are twins. So they swap lives, and discover the parent they never knew. One, the father, the other the mother. One twin discovers that the father (Dennis Quad) , is getting married to the cruel Meredith Blake ( Elaine Hendrix) so they hatch a plan to get they're divorced parents back together.
The twin's tedious antics make this a brilliant film, and Lindsay Lohan constantly juggles good acting and unrealistic lines, but learns a lot of lines.
