Review of The Paper (1994) by Kip M — 02 Sep 2008
One of my very favorite films from growing up. This underrated and forgotten Ron Howard dramedy follows Michael Keaton as a NYC newspaper editor who in the course of a 24 hour period fights to prove that two kids arrested for a murder are innocent, deal with pressures at work, and be there for his very pregnant wife.
Great dialogue, a hell of a cast, and a really fun watch. This film should have been bigger.
