Review of The Panic in Needle Park (1971) by Lizzie M — 11 Apr 2007
A very gritty and real look at life as a heroin addict. The story is simple and there is no solid conclusion to it. It focusses on the two main characters, their relationship and the fluctuations between highs and lows.
Powerful and evocative with some excellent acting from both leads.
