The plot and characters in the movies are so intense that watching it was pretty excruciating -- in a good way -- because you will constantly wonder whether what you thought happened really happened ..
. There were a lot of things left unsaid in this movie, but the excellent acting brought out the gist of the simple storyline in a very powerful way.
