Murder by numbers, or so they say.

The theory of mathematics in the bigger scheme of things and life became the basis of a series of murder mysteries set in Oxford. Starring John Hurt, Elijah Wood.

Whilst the theory of maths and murder were pretty interesting, the characters weren't that all convincing. Hurt was good as the professor but Wood didn't come across as the maths genius at all.

The movie had some good bits at the beginning but the rapport between the two main characters soon became a tad too tedious and pretentious for me.
